To The Academy of Fine Arts Fifth and Commerce streets Lynchburg, VA From the North: Take 29 Business South through Madison Heights. Cross the river into Lynchburg. Take the Main Street exit. At the second light, take a right onto Commerce Street. Follow it to where it almost ends at Fifth Street. The Academy is on your left. From the West: Take Route 460 East to Lynchburg; pass Liberty University. Take the left exit to Candlers Mountain Road. Go through two lights, take Route 29 North. Take the second Main Street exit. At the second light, take a right onto Commerce Street. Follow it to where it almost ends at Fifth Street. The Academy is on your left. From the South: Take Route 29 North. After a congested area, take Route 29 North Bypass. Take the second Main Street exit. At the second light, take a right onto Commerce Street. Follow it to where it almost ends at Fifth Street. The Academy is on your left. From the East: Take Route 460 West toward Lynchburg. Take Route 501 North into Lynchburg city. Make a right on Fifth Street. Take a right onto Commerce Street. The Academy is on your right at the corner. To E.C. Glass High School 2111 Memorial Avenue Lynchburg, VA 24501 (Auditorium entrance is on Langhorne Road) From the North: Take Route 29 Business South through Madison Heights. Cross the river into Lynchburg. Take the Kemper Street exit. When you come off the exit, move to the left-hand lane onto Kemper Street. Pass through the next two lights, make a right onto Langhorne Road. The school will be on your left. The parking lot is on your left. From the West: Take Route 460 East to Lynchburg; pass Liberty University. Take the left exit to Candlers Mountain Road. Go through two lights, take Route 29 North. Take the Kemper Street exit. When you come off the exit, move to the left-hand lane onto Kemper Street. Pass through the next two lights, make a right onto Langhorne Road. The school will be on your left. When you come off the exit, move to the left-hand lane onto Kemper Street. Pass through the next two lights, make a right onto Langhorne Road. The school will be on your left. The parking lot is on your left. From the East: Take Route 501 North into Lynchburg. Make a left turn at the "Y" onto Campbell Ave. Campbell Avenue turns into Langhorne Road. After the intersection with Memorial Avenue, the auditorium will be on your left. The parking lot will be on your left. |
